HX777 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and HX777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"), accessible at hx777.biz. This agreement governs all activity on the platform including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, betting, bonus usage and participation in any promotion or loyalty programme offered by HX777.

By completing the HX777 registration process, clicking "I Agree" or simply by using the platform after these Terms have been published, you are confirming that you have read, understood and accepted every clause in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, your only option is to refrain from using HX777.

HX777 reserves the right to update, amend or revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms are effective from the date of publication on this page. Continuing to use HX777 after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

To register and use HX777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account is active:

You are solely responsible for the security of your HX777 account, including your username and password. HX777 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features available in account settings. You should not share your login credentials with any other person.

Any activity conducted from your HX777 account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact HX777 support immediately at support@hx777.biz.

• HX777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Do not share it.
• You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection are secure when accessing HX777.
• HX777 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable account security.

HX777 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversion fees applied by HX777. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. HX777 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending verification if HX777 has reason to believe the withdrawal is related to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms.

HX777 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees — HX777 has no control over and accepts no responsibility for third-party transaction charges.

All bets placed on HX777 are subject to the specific market rules displayed on the betting interface at the time the bet is placed. Players are responsible for reviewing market-specific rules before confirming a wager. By confirming a bet, the player accepts the applicable settlement rules for that market.

• Confirmed bets are final. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by HX777, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where HX777 exercises its discretion to void a market due to an error, event cancellation or rule violation.
• HX777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect or erroneous price. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors are in breach of these Terms and their accounts may be suspended.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before a result can be determined, HX777 will settle bets according to the specific rules for that sport and competition, which are displayed on the relevant betting page. As a general rule, match winner bets are voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are accepted by HX777 in good faith and are subject to the market conditions at the time of acceptance. Network delays may occasionally result in bets being placed at odds that no longer reflect the live situation — HX777 reserves the right to void such bets.
• HX777 retains the right to limit stake amounts on any market or for any player account at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason.

HX777 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions and VIP Club tier rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed on the promotion page and must be read before claiming any offer.

The following general conditions apply to all HX777 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification where required.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means you must wager ten times the bonus value).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on HX777. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, navigate the platform or interact with any HX777 system.
• Attempting to manipulate odds, exploit technical errors or take advantage of software vulnerabilities.
• Opening multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, location or personal details.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen or illegally sourced payment methods.
• Using HX777 to launder money or to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of bets or exploit market inefficiencies through coordinated wagering.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing HX777 staff or other players through any channel.

HX777 cooperates with financial institutions and law enforcement agencies to prevent fraud and financial crime. Player information may be shared with relevant authorities where legally required or where HX777 reasonably suspects prohibited conduct.

All content on hx777.biz — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software — is the property of HX777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use HX777 for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, distributing or publicly displaying HX777 content without written permission.
• Scraping, data-mining or systematically extracting content or odds data from the platform.
• Creating derivative works or reverse-engineering any part of the HX777 platform.
• Removing any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices from HX777 materials.

HX777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools that players can use to manage their betting activity. These are accessible directly within account settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your HX777 account.
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum net loss over a defined period. Once reached, HX777 will decline further bets until the period resets or the limit is adjusted with the required cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. HX777 will remind you when your session approaches the limit you have set.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from HX777 for a period of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed within the chosen period.

Players who are under a self-exclusion agreement are prohibited from attempting to re-register or access HX777 through any means during the exclusion period. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any balance held will not be returned.

HX777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service and accurate odds, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free of errors, delays or technical issues at all times.

• HX777 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, delayed bet acceptance, incorrect odds caused by data feed errors or connectivity issues on the player's end.

• HX777's total liability to any player in connection with a specific bet shall not exceed the original stake amount placed on that bet.

In the event of a dispute between a player and HX777, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. Players should submit their complaint in writing to support@hx777.biz, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution they are seeking. HX777 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process specified in HX777's licence conditions. HX777 will provide full cooperation with any properly constituted regulatory review.
